The Cosy Bedding Company is a growing multi-channel seller (Amazon, eBay, Shopify and an offline trade retailer) that needed to free up time spent on order fulfillment, customer support and manual stock tracking to focus on expanding product ranges and sales. To reduce reliance on Amazon FBA and replace weekly spreadsheet stock control, they engaged Cloud Commerce Pro to provide a fully configured ERP solution and integrations to manage listings, inventory and warehousing.

Cloud Commerce Pro integrated The Cosy Bedding Company’s Shopify site and six marketplaces in eight weeks, created “Product Profiles” to enable thousands of multi-channel listings, migrated email to Office 365 and their Message Centre for faster support, and implemented auto re-ordering from three suppliers, barcoded picking with scanner-based packing, weight-based shipping automation (Parcel Force/Netdespatch) and a Trade Channel for the offline retailer. The result was consolidated stock control across all channels, automated replenishment and dispatch processes, faster customer support responses and a successful on-schedule go-live that freed up time for growth.
