Run Charlie is an internet-based outdoor clothing retailer in Preston that had grown rapidly but was hampered by excessive manual data entry and limited multi-channel listing from previous systems. Seeking greater automation, multi-channel listing (beyond Amazon), integration with other software, and a barcode/scanning solution to speed picking and packing, Run Charlie engaged Cloud Commerce Pro’s eCommerce platform and onboarding services to solve these challenges.

Cloud Commerce Pro implemented a new ecommerce site and onboarding in eight weeks, linking over 10,000 SKUs to multiple eBay and Amazon channels and automating more than 90% of back-office tasks. Cloud Commerce Pro also enabled fast bulk listing via its Profile feature, introduced barcoding and scanner technology, consolidated channels to a single real-time stock inventory, and set up an express packing station that reduced pack-and-book to around 40 seconds — freeing Run Charlie to scale sales across UK and international platforms.
