Earache Records, a Nottingham-based record label shipping around 1,000 orders per month and managing roughly 10,000 SKUs, needed to reduce errors and speed up order processing across multiple sales channels (Amazon, eBay and their own site), simplify the many interfaces their team had to use, improve resupply and trade-retailer workflows, track royalties for other labels, and better manage pre-orders. They engaged Cloud Commerce Pro for UK Channel Order Management to address these challenges.

Cloud Commerce Pro implemented a unified channel order management system that consolidated all stores into one control centre, linked to couriers (DHL, Royal Mail) and suppliers, added barcode warehouse scanning and integrated stock control, supplier-filtered stock reports and purchase-order tracking, electronic stocktakes, and automated shipping/customs data. The result was a dramatic reduction in manual work — posting and bagging processes that used to take hours now take minutes, label pieces were reduced from up to four to two, and automated shipping fields saved up to 30 minutes of copy‑and‑paste per DHL entry — delivering faster processing, fewer errors and clearer royalty tracking. Cloud Commerce Pro also provided responsive, ongoing support for custom data and label changes.
