Zibbet, a marketplace for handmade and vintage products, faced rapid traffic growth and memory constraints after rebuilding its site. Hosting on Heroku with limited RAM and multiple processes per dyno led to overflow errors during peak demand, and the team needed a simpler way to manage more powerful servers without dedicated DevOps staff.
