UDK, one of the largest construction materials manufacturers in Ukraine, was struggling with inefficient, manual order processing that involved numerous phone calls, spreadsheets, and errors. This unsustainable process was hindering their ability to scale. To address this challenge, UDK partnered with Clockwise Software to develop a custom WebOffice system.

Clockwise Software implemented a WebOffice ERP solution that automated order processing, connected all departments through a single interface, and integrated with UDK's existing software. The results were transformative: order processing was reduced from five phone calls to zero, delivery costs were cut by $100,000 in the first year, and daily truck volume more than doubled from 45 to 92 trucks.
