Royal Inn + Suites, a hotel in Happy Valley–Goose Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador, was using an outdated, front‑desk‑bound system that blocked online bookings, offsite reporting, guest email communication and mobile access. As a result, Royal Inn + Suites now accepts online reservations through its website, staff can view occupancy and run reports offsite or on mobile devices, and front‑desk workflows are noticeably easier—improvements the hotel says have made them “very pleased” with the switch.
