Flanders Hotel, a 50-room, 4-star property in the historic heart of Brugge, faced inefficiencies from a legacy Windows system and an underperforming cloud solution. Clock Software deployed its Clock PMS with integrated channel management and the Clock POS for the bar/lounge, using XML connectivity to improve room distribution. The implementation lightened staff workload, noticeably improved room distribution and responsiveness, and streamlined front-desk and housekeeping operations through mobile devices for real-time room status and guest interaction, delivering measurable efficiency gains and stronger operational support.
