Glenapp Castle, a Five Red Star Relais & Châteaux property in South West Scotland with 17 individually designed luxury bedrooms, faced problems with an outdated property management system that lacked flexibility for reception and accounting. To modernize operations they chose Clock Software and implemented the cloud‑based Clock PMS+ to provide a more current, accessible platform.

Clock Software’s Clock PMS+ delivered remote access, a straightforward interface and responsive support, which Glenapp says has made day‑to‑day operations and system management much easier. The property reports improved flexibility for reception and accounting, quicker resolution of queries by the Clock team, and plans to extend functionality with a POS integration for further efficiency gains.
