Angels Rest on Resurrection Bay, a boutique waterfront lodging in Alaska, needed a simpler, cloud-based property management solution to replace RoomMaster by InnQuest. Their biggest pain points were the lack of automated pre- and post-stay emails and the cost and complexity of maintaining a dedicated server and multiple workstations. In March 2015 they switched to Clock PMS (Clock Software) to gain cloud functionality and automated guest communications.

Clock Software implemented Clock PMS to automate pre-arrival packing reminders and directions, post-departure follow-ups, and automatic emails for channel bookings, while giving housekeepers remote access to the calendar. The change eliminated the need for extra computers and remote‑access apps, reducing IT and software costs that now justify the monthly fee, improved guest follow-up previously done manually, and delivered faster staff access and responsive vendor support—yielding clear operational cost savings and efficiency gains.
