Clixifix provided its Customer Care software to support the team, which employs around 1,000 staff and manages more than 30,000 homes across London.
Using clixifix® Customer Care software, Notting Hill Housing streamlined its aftercare process and improved how customer care issues are managed on new developments. Clixifix helped deliver a more efficient approach to post-completion support, although no specific measurable results were provided in the case study.
