Denver Arts & Venues boosts public art engagement with Clique Studio, generating 36,391 page views in 3 months

Denver Arts & Venues, a government organization, wanted to create a dedicated digital experience to connect people to its extensive public art collection, which was previously only a subsection of its main website. Their challenge was to build a mobile-first platform that would encourage exploration, adhere to strict accessibility standards, and prove its value to the public. They partnered with the vendor Clique Studio to achieve this goal.

Clique Studio designed and developed an interactive, mobile-first web app featuring an interactive map, user profiles for curating collections, and gamification through points for checking in at art pieces. The solution, which integrated with the city's art database via custom APIs, was built against WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. The results were significant, with the platform achieving 36,391 page views, 210 members, and 116 user-curated galleries within its first three months of launch.
