Apollo Theater launches its first digital stage in 2020–2024 with Clique Studio

The Apollo Theater, an iconic nonprofit performing arts center, needed to modernize its website to better showcase its diverse programming and deep commitment to Black culture, all while supporting future growth. The challenge was to create a bold, easy-to-navigate digital hub that reflected the energy of its physical space. They partnered with Clique Studio for a comprehensive website redesign and UX strategy.

Clique Studio implemented a visually striking, black-background design that emulates the feeling of a theater, complete with a new digital stage for virtual content and a custom calendar for managing numerous events. The solution included a robust, flexible template and a digital content library to archive and present the theater's work effectively. Through this partnership, Clique Studio helped the Apollo Theater create a dynamic website that is ready for its future endeavors.
