Pratt Miller, a full-service engineering and manufacturing company known for its motorsports simulation work, was limited by insufficient compute resources that slowed simulations and risked delays in race-critical decisions. The company needed a way to run its PM-LTS high-performance computing workload on the cloud without recoding or disrupting existing workflows.

CliQr implemented its CloudCenter platform to cloud-enable and parallelize Pratt Miller’s simulations across public or private cloud infrastructure. With CliQr, Pratt Miller boosted processing power from 2x to hundreds of times and cut one 2,500-iteration simulation from more than 14 days on a single workstation to about five hours, while also gaining flexibility, no cloud lock-in, and better project turnaround.
