Palace Law Increasing Revenues by 76% with Clio as a Central Platform

Palace Law is a Tacoma-based personal injury and workers’ compensation firm that set out to modernize a paper-heavy practice to improve efficiency and client service. Led by partners who prioritize technology, the firm faced slow, closed-ended case management systems and a manual intake process that constrained growth and made remote work difficult.

They moved from AbacusLaw to Clio as a cloud-based central platform and built automated workflows using Clio integrations (Google Forms/Sheets, Airtable, Trello, Slack, Clio Connect, etc.) to streamline intake, case management, and client communications. As a result they met 2017 goals early, achieved a 76% year-over-year revenue increase in three quarters, expect a ~60% rise in new clients, and report faster service, happier lawyers, and greater flexibility.
