Oregon Community Programs (OCP), a private nonprofit in Eugene, OR that provides evidence‑based mental health and foster care services, needed a certified electronic health record to meet federal Meaningful Use requirements. In July 2013 OCP selected ClinicTracker (ClinicTracker EHR) for its behavioral‑health focus and deployed the system across about 80 users to replace paper workflows and better manage clinical and billing processes.

ClinicTracker worked with OCP to customize the system around agency workflows, consolidate clinical paperwork into a single electronic location, and provide onboarding training that shortened the staff learning curve. As a result, ClinicTracker helped OCP streamline documentation and revenue‑cycle management—leading to improved billing efficiency and measurably fewer denied claims—while maintaining patient care quality.
