Bridge Family Center, a West Hartford, CT nonprofit serving at-risk youth and families, faced an urgent challenge when their web-based management system was being shut off — they had only a 60-day window to replace it. After evaluating multiple vendors, Bridge Family Center selected ClinicTracker (from JAG Products) to provide EHR, scheduling, and billing functionality for their Youth & Family Services division.
ClinicTracker and the JAG team conducted a rapid Discovery, migrated demographic data, customized forms, installed servers, and delivered departmental training and go‑live support so the April 1 deadline was met. BillingTracker claims were accepted after a single test cycle, staff found ClinicTracker much easier to use, and integration with Sage MIP Fund Accounting eliminated manual re-entry — delivering faster, more accurate billing and uniformly positive feedback from the entire staff.
