Jackson County Physical Therapy, a four-clinic outpatient practice in southern Oregon known for 45-minute one-on-one sessions, faced growing administrative strain in 2014: therapists were paper-charting while scheduling and billing ran on separate platforms, there was little oversight or meaningful tracking, and ICD-10 compliance loomed. The owners wanted a proven, customizable solution that could integrate documentation, scheduling and billing without being a “beta” system.
