Northwest Rehab Associates Builds Upon Their Success with the Empower Community

Northwest Rehabilitation Associates is a Salem, Oregon outpatient clinic offering physical, occupational and speech therapy with 17 therapists. A long-time Clinicient customer, NWRA credited the software with enabling growth and efficient documentation, but still lacked a way to collaborate with peers and tap real-world expertise—leaving the team feeling isolated and wanting an online community for sharing experiences and best practices.

Clinicient’s Empower Community, launched in July 2016, provided a peer-to-peer network, on-demand learning resources, tutorials and a support portal for collaboration and problem-solving. As a result, NWRA now connects with like-minded rehab professionals, accesses expert feedback and training, and has strengthened staff learning and the owner’s confidence to mentor—building on the clinic’s prior operational gains.
