ProRehab Physical & Occupational Therapy is a multi-location outpatient practice in Fargo, North Dakota (nine PTs, two OTs) that struggled after an earlier EMR rollout failed and an outside biller repeatedly delayed payments. The team returned to paper and lost revenue, so they sought a therapy-focused partner that could provide both an EMR and knowledgeable revenue-cycle support.
