National Retail Pharmacy Chain partnered with Clinch to support a national campaign for one of its OTC pain relief brands. The challenge was to drive customer engagement at scale with real-time personalization while also gaining hyper-local insight into what weather and conditions were influencing response.

Clinch implemented weather-triggered dynamic creative optimization using its smart ad server, building 23 creative variants tied to cold, snow, and rain conditions across the U.S. The campaign delivered ads in real time across all 50 states and produced a 75% increase in CTR, with rain-triggered creatives generating the strongest engagement. Clinch also identified top-performing regions including Virginia, California, and New York.
