Samsung worked with Clinch to support a “Hot Sale” campaign for its Galaxy phones, aiming to drive both in-store visits and online purchases. The challenge was reaching shoppers with the right message at the right time across hundreds of locations, while giving upgraders a fast path to buy and encouraging others to visit a store to explore the device.
Clinch created dynamic video ads for Instagram Stories and Facebook in multiple formats, combining product imagery, customized offers, and personalized pricing based on the user’s current device and purchase intent. The campaign delivered hyper-local, tailored experiences that increased engagement and sales, generating 2x engagement, 3x leads, and a 20x return on ad spend, while also boosting foot traffic and exceeding sales goals in store and online.
