Clinch’s Flight Control Platform Helped KFC Launch a Personalized Ad Experience Across CTV

KFC, the multinational fried chicken chain, needed a way to promote its growing meatless menu in Germany while still reaching both vegetarian and meat-eating audiences with relevant messaging. To solve this challenge, KFC worked with Clinch and used its omnichannel campaign activation platform, Flight Control, to deliver personalized advertising at scale.

Clinch’s Flight Control platform automated dynamic creative assembly and decisioning, using audience and location signals to serve the most relevant Connected TV ads, including restaurant-specific promotions, QR codes, and fallback messaging when needed. The campaign produced 5.6 million impressions, reached a 93% average video completion rate, and cut speed to market by 66% versus KFC’s manual process, while also generating 365 unique creative variations across 191 restaurants.
