Clinch Powers Creative Personalization, Ad Serving, and Optimization for Albertsons Media Collective

Albertsons, the second largest supermarket chain in the US, launched its retail media network, Albertsons Media Collective, to improve awareness for CPG advertisers, create more relevant shopping experiences, and drive sales. The company needed a way to manage highly localized campaigns across thousands of stores while ensuring accurate real-time reporting, locally relevant creative, and the flexibility to scale and adjust ads quickly. Clinch’s Flight Control platform was used to help address these challenges.

Clinch implemented Flight Control to provide creative personalization, ad serving, optimization, and automated feed management for Albertsons Media Collective. The platform supported dynamic creative templates, daily-updated product and pricing feeds for 2,300 stores, and faster omnichannel activation across display and social, including Facebook. As a result, Albertsons Media Collective saw an 88% increase in speed to market, saved more than 8,000 human hours through automation, and produced 248 creative variations.
