A Clinc Case Study
Maxi, the digital banking assistant for customer İşbank, needed to deliver a more personal, humanlike customer experience than traditional robotic chatbots could offer. To meet this challenge, İşbank worked with vendor Clinc and its conversational AI platform Finie to create a branded assistant with a unique personality, voice, and character that would feel comfortable and natural for customers.
Clinc supported the design and training of Maxi using focus groups, branding research, and more than 10,000 Turkish sentences, helping launch the assistant in about six months. The results were strong: within a month of deployment, more than 1.1 million users interacted with Maxi and over 10 million TL was transferred, and by March 31, 2020 Maxi had reached 5.5 million users, processed more than 30 million dialogues, and facilitated nearly 300 million TL in transfers.
