The customer, analyze & realize GmbH, a Berlin-based Contract Research Organization, was conducting a decentralized study on a dietary supplement for sleep improvement. Their challenge was to find a suitable electronic patient diary (eDiary) to capture data from around 300 subjects for this six-month study.
