The result was clearer visibility and coordination across the team, a Health Score improvement (to 82.4, +36.8% vs. 30 days prior), and a dramatic reduction in time-to-adoption from roughly 1.5 years to about six to nine months (headline: six months), delivering measurable gains in engagement and efficiency.
