Connect, a creative agency serving some of the world’s biggest brands, wanted to avoid the costly cycle of RFPs and re-pitching that is common in the agency world. The company needed a better way to show key stakeholders the value it delivered and prevent constant market testing from disrupting service quality. Clientshare’s Client Share platform was used to support this goal.
Clientshare implemented Client Share for account management across key contracts, enabling Connect’s account managers to share MI, thought leadership, proposals, and regular feedback requests in one place. As a result, key global client contracts were retained without the need for RFPs, and clients even requested that Client Share continue to be used for ongoing account management.
