Bra~vo Intimates, a retail boutique in Royal Oak, MI owned by Rebecca Aughton, faced a challenge of high marketing spend with limited sales lift: last year they spent over $12k on marketing (newsprint, PR, TV, Facebook/Google ads, $12k mailers) and generated 98 appointments and $29k in sales. To improve sales efficiency and grow appointments, Bra~vo engaged Clientbook to tighten their sales process and better convert leads.
Using Clientbook, Bra~vo cut back on many costly channels and focused on more efficient outreach while managing bookings through the platform; this year they spent under $6k in marketing (with only $8k mailers noted) and set 183 appointments, generating $39k in sales against a $36k goal (more than $33k if marketing is excluded). Clientbook helped double appointments and notably improve ROI, turning a previously marginal marketing return into a profitable sales outcome.
