Speech Recognition Software needed to improve the accuracy of its voice control and infotainment system, which was struggling to recognize a wide variety of commands, pronunciations, and user phrasing. Clickworker was brought in to provide multilingual speech data and linguistic processing services to help train the system.

Clickworker implemented a three-step solution: native speakers across 9 languages created 810,000 voice recordings, another Clickworker transcribed and quality-checked them, and the recordings were analyzed for keywords and frequency by scenario and language. The project delivered quality-assured training data and analysis files via XLS, helping optimize the speech recognition software with scalable, fast, multilingual input.
