Axzo, a developer and publisher of business and technical training materials, needed a better way to build prospect lists for instructor-led courses and improve sales conversion. To do that, Axzo hired Clickworker to research training institutions and programs offering subjects such as Microsoft Office and Quicken®, and to deliver current, reliable contact and course information.
Clickworker implemented a three-step web research and data authentication process: finding relevant institutions, verifying course offerings and contact details, and confirming course/content accuracy. Clickworker researched more than 4,400 institutions and returned validated prospect lists with course URLs in CSV format, helping Axzo’s sales team work more effectively and producing a quantifiable lift in sales conversion.
