Beyours, a men's minimalistic clothing brand founded in 2018, faced low customer trust, high cart abandonment, post-purchase anxiety and large RTO risk because product pages did not display an Expected Delivery Date (EDD). To address this challenge, Beyours partnered with ClickPost to add EDD capability to their storefront.
ClickPost built a custom, theme-matching EDD box and deployed its EDD app with a configurable backend (product, collection, vendor and standard shipping rules) so customers can check pincode-based delivery dates on product pages. ClickPost’s solution onboarded in 24 hours, delivered accurate EDD visibility, improved Beyours’ add-to-cart rates and enhanced overall customer experience while addressing delivery uncertainty.
