Arvind Fashions (Arvind), one of India’s leading lifestyle retailers managing 27+ international brands, faced long delivery lead times, high RTOs, excessive customer WISMO queries and manual NDR/NPR processes. To automate logistics and bring visibility to customers and ops, Arvind partnered with ClickPost and adopted its automated logistics platform — including ML-driven courier allocation, carrier integrations/APIs, EDD serviceability and white‑label tracking.
ClickPost implemented ML-based carrier allocation, rapid carrier integrations and manifest automation, branded tracking and an ops dashboard, plus automated NDR/NPR workflows and an Expected Delivery Date API. ClickPost’s solution cut RTO by 23%, reduced delivery lead time by 31% and increased NDR-to-delivered rate by 28% (2021–2023), while lowering customer queries and improving overall customer experience.
