ClickPost integrated with Agrim’s CRM and carrier network to automate order manifestation, AWB generation, NPR (failed pickup) handling, and ML-driven courier allocation, while providing dashboards, white‑labeled retailer tracking, and performance analytics. The results: 60% reduction in order processing time, 100% shipment visibility for retailers and the in‑house team, a 60% cut in logistics support manpower, over 50% of shipments shipped same day, and tracking/support tickets falling from ~300 to about 30–35.
