Nest Bank partnered with ClickMeeting to improve internal communication and training for two audiences: franchisees and their employees, and the bank’s own branch staff and managers. The bank needed a faster, more scalable way to onboard new franchisees, keep product knowledge up to date, and share consistent information across its growing network of more than 200 franchise branches.
Using the ClickMeeting webinar platform, Nest Bank moved onboarding, product training, updates, sales meetings, and documentation training online. The result was a major efficiency gain: onboarding that previously took about 2 weeks could be completed in 1 day, while also reducing travel, venue, and accommodation costs. ClickMeeting helped Nest Bank deliver training more quickly, reach up to 250–350 attendees per session, and maintain agile communication across the organization.
