How Webinars Help to Share Knowledge and Support Companies During the Crisis

Nethansa is an e-commerce company that helps businesses sell globally through Amazon and its own Clipperon platform. During the COVID-19 crisis, the company needed a way to continue educating Polish businesses about international sales and support them despite canceled offline events, so it turned to ClickMeeting’s webinar platform.

Using ClickMeeting, Nethansa ran interactive webinar series with automated registrations, reminders, follow-up emails, Q&A, and feedback collection, while also broadcasting some sessions on Facebook and YouTube. The results were strong: one webinar cycle generated nearly 1,000 registrations in April 2020, the most popular sessions reached nearly 300 registrations each, and attendees rated the events at the highest level, helping Nethansa build expertise, engage prospects, and speed up purchase decisions.
