ProductCamp, a conference for product managers, product owners, product designers, researchers, growth hackers, and other digital product professionals, needed to turn its long-running offline event in Gdynia into a safe, fully online summit during the pandemic. To do that, the team chose ClickMeeting’s browser-based webinar platform so they could expand beyond their local audience without requiring attendees to install any software.
With ClickMeeting, ProductCamp ran all presentation stages, branded partner rooms, and networking sessions, supported by live streaming and access tokens for different ticket types. ClickMeeting helped the organizers deliver a smooth virtual summit that drew over 1,400 attendees from 51 countries, roughly double the 600–700 attendees from 21 countries in 2019, and the customer said the platform was stable, reliable, and backed by exceptional support.
