GF Piping Systems, a global division of Georg Fischer with thousands of users across 34 countries and seven languages, faced the challenge of upgrading its CRM from Microsoft Dynamics 2013 to Dynamics 365 while keeping training current and driving user adoption. To support onboarding and continuous learning — with Microsoft updates every six months — the company selected ClickLearn to create CRM‑embedded training content, including videos and documentation accessible directly from the CRM.

ClickLearn’s Replay and Assist features let a three‑person author team quickly produce and refresh multilingual training, enabling GF Piping Systems to maintain up‑to‑date materials without dedicating weeks to manual updates. Since rollout (initially to ~800 users) the integrated ClickLearn Help Portal has driven roughly 4,000 page views, 750+ TryMe video views and 250+ Assists used; over 1,000 CRM users now have direct access, and the company plans to expand ClickLearn‑based training to internal sales and marketing.
