Multiplex gains in adoption speed and user effectiveness

Multiplex, a global construction company with roughly 1,000 IFS Applications users, faced the challenge of delivering consistent, ongoing ERP training and support across many regions without the time and cost of constant travel. At the IFS World Conference they chose ClickLearn, a tool that automates creation and maintenance of work instructions (Word/PDF/PowerPoint and training videos) and provides an embedded Learning Portal and virtual assistant inside IFS Applications.

ClickLearn was rolled out company-wide to produce about 120 work instructions and videos quickly and to provide a live guided experience for users; Multiplex reported a 33% drop in support desk tickets in the first month after launch and expects a 50–75% longer-term reduction, while drastically cutting training time and travel costs. ClickLearn also ensured uniform, up-to-date documentation and accelerated user adoption by letting employees learn at their desks through high-quality videos and the in-app virtual assistant.
