Thrive Homes, a 199‑employee housing association in Hemel Hempstead, needed to upskill staff as it moved to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and modernize training materials that were time-consuming to produce and hard to keep consistent. They selected ClickLearn (ClickLearn for Microsoft Dynamics 365) to address the challenge of rapidly generating video and written training for a large, distributed user base.
