Embracing ClickLearn as a corporate Dynamics 365 training platform

Ascensus, the largest independent retirement and college savings services provider in the U.S., needed a scalable way to retrain users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online, Unified Interface, and on‑premise) as CRM enhancements rolled out. With limited budget and staffing for training, manually producing materials was slow and tedious, so Ascensus adopted ClickLearn as their corporate Dynamics 365 training platform to accelerate user onboarding and adoption.

Using ClickLearn, two authors in just over three months created and published 50+ training resources—written documentation with screenshots, Show Me videos, and Test Me/Try Me exercises—and used ClickLearn Replay to quickly re-record trainings for different forms. The rollout accelerated a cloud migration, delivered 80+ users in ClickLearn within one week, 700+ pages viewed, 300+ Show Me videos watched, and cut content creation to about 3 hours per training, improving adoption and avoiding the need to hire dedicated training staff.
