Schouw Informatisering, the Dutch software vendor behind Foodware 365 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations, faced rapid platform changes and monthly updates that threatened product usability and partner support. ClickLearn was implemented in early 2019 to record setup and workflow instructions, produce multilingual materials, and enable quick re-recording and playback for each monthly update. The ClickLearn solution gave Schouw repeatable, translatable guidance for its 20+ global partners, allowed the company to retool more than 25 apps using ClickLearn-created instructions, and helped partners adopt and extend Foodware 365 rapidly.
