Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA), a global consultancy with more than 700 consultants across 35+ countries, faced the challenge of driving user adoption for a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM rollout across many sectors, languages, and time zones. To support multilingual, scalable onboarding and in-app help, ERA worked with implementation partner QGate and adopted the ClickLearn e‑learning authoring platform to deliver consistent training and guidance worldwide.
ClickLearn produced automated, multi-format training (narrated videos, PDFs and live assistants) with pre‑loaded translation capabilities, enabling ERA to support training in about 20 languages and across 35 countries with 24/7 guided assistance. The ClickLearn solution accelerated onboarding, ensured immediate updates to help content as the CRM evolved, and materially improved user adoption and scalability for ERA’s global franchise network.
