Trifectix, Inc., the company behind Team Orca, needed a better way to manage complex product documentation across multiple release versions and operational modes. Using ClickHelp, they aimed to support embedded HTML help, customer PDFs, and in-product popup help without requiring specialized documentation skills.
ClickHelp provided WebHelp, PDF output, conditional output tags, and an accurate WYSIWYG editor that let Trifectix generate many documentation combinations from a single project. With ClickHelp’s REST API integrated into their CI pipeline, documentation builds were automated alongside product builds, reducing manual work and making release packaging faster and easier.
