RelayHealth, McKesson’s connectivity business for the healthcare industry, needed to modernize its primary website—an internally hosted, hand-coded .NET site that was slow to update, required developer involvement for every change, and couldn’t easily support interactive media. Marketing wanted to own content, speed up publishing (a two-month relaunch target), reduce IT dependency, and improve the site’s lead-generation capabilities.

RelayHealth chose Clickability’s SaaS WCM with pre-configured Velocity templates and rapid implementation methodologies, enabling the site to go live on schedule and content to be added almost immediately. After brief training, five marketing editors and two approvers now manage the site without IT, developers are freed for strategic work, the site integrates with Marketo for lead generation, and RelayHealth has expanded to Clickability’s WMA and multi-site support—making it easier to add media, consolidate sites, and focus on content.
