After a competitive tender LandSec moved to Click’s online booking platform and implementation support; within three months online adoption exceeded 90%. The switch delivered clear savings and compliance gains — 92% online adoption overall, 100% rail policy compliance, a 24% reduction in average hotel rate and a 10% drop in average rail fare — driven by better content, transparency and user behaviour change.
