HomeServe, one of the UK’s leading home assistance providers with over 3,500 employees who travel across the UK, Spain and the US, needed greater visibility and control of its travel spend. The organisation sought better management information (MI), expert account management and higher online adoption through a single booking tool to aggregate and streamline travel bookings.

Click Travel provided comprehensive MI, a dedicated account manager and an intuitive booking tool with inbuilt controls, and helped HomeServe run a month-long campaign to cut non-essential travel and change booking behaviour. The result was rapid savings and sustained improvements: a 46% reduction in travel spend in the campaign month (May YoY), an 18% reduction in June, a rise in online adoption to around 94%, significant rail-ticket optimisations and annualised savings (reported also as c. £107k with a 17% reduction in spend YoY).
