Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification with about 1,400 UK travellers and a Click Travel client since 2012, was struggling with travellers regularly finding cheaper rates outside their TMC offering and low hotel policy compliance.

Click Travel implemented an unbiased online booking tool and a sensible hotel policy (using negotiated ceilings, city rate caps and access to 650,000+ hotels) plus active account management. The result was 93% online adoption, nearly 90% policy compliance, a 0% increase in hotel rates over three years and top ranking in Click’s hotel index outside London, alongside a 23% reduction in average air rates and 5% reduction in average rail rates.
