Click Travel introduced a self‑booking tool with traffic‑light supplier guidance, strict air pre-approval and detailed MI to enable proactive account management and supplier negotiation. Online adoption rose to 96%; average flight rates fell (around 15–23%), hotel rates dropped 7% year‑on‑year, overall travel and accommodation costs fell about 11% over two years, and potential annualised savings of 12% were identified.
