In 2008 Adecco appointed Click Travel to consolidate suppliers onto a single online booking platform and provide robust MI and proactive account management. The smooth implementation delivered 15% savings in the first month, 96% online adoption, and identified potential annual savings of 36%, with ongoing programmes (including policy compliance, hotel RFPs and continuous-improvement reviews) uncovering further savings opportunities (~24% in a 2015 review).
