Feeding America Southwest Virginia, a regional food bank that distributes 21 million pounds of food annually to more than 330 partner programs across 26 counties and 9 cities, faced a “wonky” online donation experience and impersonal, transactional receipts. Although they had used Click & Pledge for nearly a decade, they needed a hands‑on overhaul of their giving portal — just as Click & Pledge launched its new Connect platform.

Click & Pledge helped FASWVA relaunch a fully branded donation portal using the Connect platform, updating on‑page forms and more personable email receipts. Launched at the end of October 2016, the revamped experience drove a significant year‑over‑year increase in online donations (notably in October–December 2016), allowing Feeding America Southwest Virginia to exceed fundraising goals and accelerate online giving growth.
